brussels midi - eurostar

I want to make a complaint about an incident in an oyster taverne in the food court in Brussels Midi - any idea how and who I make a complaint to - my trip was by Eurostar

I suppose it depends on what the incident was, but if it is to do with the restaurant%26#39;s services, you must in the first instance complain to the business itself. Shops and restaurants merely rent their premises from the station, they are not operated by either Belgian Railways or Eurostar! If you are alleging some sort of irregular commercial practice (e.g. short-changing, although most businesses will only handle this on the spot as you cannot prove it after the event) and do not get any satisfaction from the restaurant, you would then complain to the following address:

Service public fédéral Economie, PME, Classes moyennes et Energie

Direction générale Contrôle et Médiation - FO

WTC III, Boulevard Simon Bolivar 30, 1000 Bruxelles

Tél. 02 277 54 85, e-mail eco.inspec.fo@economie.fgov.be

If, on the other hand, it is an individual who did something to you, you would have needed to go to the police at the station to lodge a complaint against that person. I don%26#39;t think it is possible to do this after you have left the country as you would have had to present yourself in person with your identity documents.
