Can I use my current Schengen visa, which was issued by France embassy, to enter brugge, belgium by Eurostar from Waterloo, London?
I heard that I might need to enter France first in order to able to enter other EU countries.

As it happens, since you are coming on the Eurostar you will in any case (re-)enter the Schengen zone via France! When you leave Waterloo you will go through first UK exit passport controls then FRENCH entry controls, because the Eurostar%26#39;s first stop between the UK and Brussels is Lille. French border police will therefore check whether you have a valid Schengen visa for the whole of the zone, including Belgium.
However, for future reference, the answer to your question is yes, as long as it was issued no longer than 3 months before the date on which you would be ending your stay in Belgium, or any other Schengen country. You are supposed to apply for a Schengen visa to the country in the Schengen zone in which you intend to spend most of your time, which may or may not be the first Schengen country you enter; therefore, you do not have to enter the Schengen zone via the country that issued the visa.
