We are leaveing a river cruise Apr 17th and would like to take a train from Prague Brussels. Any suggestions as to the fastest way to do it,without a lot of transfers. We hopefully can use our select pass 3 country 5 day pass. Any suggestions.. Thanks Cameron

It would be a 11+ hour train trip via Dresden and Köln [Cologne].

From: Praha-Holesovice
To: Bruxelles-Midi
The 1st class fares are: € 40.80 from Prague to Dresden, € 185 from Dresden to Köln and € 64 from Köln to Brussels on a Thalys train.
The 2nd class fares are: € 26,80 from Prague to Dresden, € 119 from Dresden to Köln and € 41 from Köln to Brussels on a Thalys train.
A 3-country Eurail Select Pass is not valid for travel in the Czech Republic. If you already have this pass, the alternative will be to buy tickets from Prague to Dresden.
If you use the pass on the Thalys train from Köln to Brussels, you will have to pay additional for the mandatory reservations. I do not know what that fee would be.
