Conrad Hotel or Royal Windsor Hotel

I am trying to decide between the Conrad Hotel and the Royal Windsor Hotel in Brussels. Does anyone know which of these hotels is better? The Royal Windsor is relatively cheap compared to the Conrad which makes me kind of suspicious. The price isn%26#39;t an object, I just want the better of the two hotels.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Location wise, if you have 1-2days in brussels i would say that Royal Windsor is better, as it%26#39;s close to Grand Place. Conrad%26#39;s area is very nice although, upscale with many shopping options nearby. As for the quality of accomodation, Conrad is considered to be one of the best hotels in the city, while Royal Windsor is just a very good one. Conrad was recently renovated and its rooms are more spacious than Royal Windsor%26#39;s. At both hotels, don%26#39;t expect much local charm or caracter; they are chain hotels. A nice option close to Conrad is Manos Premier, in which we have stayed and trully enjoyed it.(you can see our review here) www.manoshotel.com

And in a more central location, i would suggest considering Conrad%26#39;s main competitor, Rocco Forte Hotel Amigo.

hi.

when we were in brussels we passed by windsor hotel-great location but it is in a narrow street and everything looked compact.

one evening we went to conrad for some drinks and it looked fabulous.no comparison between these two. in my opinion conrad looked much better.

I have stayed at the Conrad and it was very nice. But it doesn%26#39;t exactly have any Belgian character at all, it could be a hotel anywhere really. But comfortable rooms, a very nice breakfast, ncie staff...

Sorry, have no knowledge of Royal Windsor.
