Where to go out in the evening (not to a club or pub)?

I%26#39;m looking for suggestions of where to go out in Antwerp on Sunday night and on Tuesday night in May.

Not looking for a club or a museum but some (inexpensive) experience for an english speaker like: symphony orchestra, performance dance, puppet show, drag show, art installation, cool experience...

Could you recommend a good venue with a website?

Plenty of things to do in Antwerp...

For a dance performance or other cultural event, check on www.desingel.be ... De Singel is Antwerp%26#39;s best venue for modern art.

For a drag show, have a look at www.topsrestaurant.be ... always was and still is a great restaurant with drag show. Reservations certainly recommended.

Best modern art museum is Muhka. Their website is www.muhka.be.

Enjoy Antwerp... it%26#39;s a great city !

Top%26#39;s Restaurant sounds cool but 50eu menu is over my budget. Do you know of other places with drag performances?

From de Singel calendar I found only one production on my dates (May 13 and 15) but it%26#39;s not clear what it is or where to get the ticket. Can you take a look?

Hi !

I don%26#39;t know another drag show venue in Antwerp. You might find some shows in the gay bars, but these will probably not of the same level.

I doubt whether you%26#39;ll find the concert you are referring to in de Singel interesting %26gt; target group = children

Here som alternatives :

Sunday 13 May : %26quot;Markt van Morgen%26quot; (translated : Market of Tomorrow) from 12.00 to 18.00

What : open air market for designers of clothes, interiors and graphics

Where ? Kloosterstraat (= name of a street where you will find lots of antiques and old stuff... nice to walk through)

Until 13 May (each day 10.00 to 18.00) : expo from fotographer Albert Watson

Where ? Fotomuseum

Other interesting museum : ModeMuseum (fashion museum)

Where . Nationalestraat

13 May : Jazz pianist Jef Neve in concert

Jef Neve ? Belgium%26#39;s most famous jazz pianist

Where ? de Singel theater at 20.00. TIckets : 10 euro

13 May at 20.30 : modern dance performance %26#39;We go%26#39;

Where ? Monty Theater - tickets 5 euro
