We will be staying at the Hotel Heritage on aTuesday night and have heard their $15 breakfast is not a good deal. Any comments would be welcomed on that subject. Can you suggest someplace nearby where we can experience a substantial, delicious breakfast? Thank you.

I%26#39;m pretty sure Tearoom Verdi serves breakfast. It%26#39;s on Vlamingstraat, which is around the corner from your hotel.

Thank you, Amboseli. Do you also have some favorites for lunch that would be a typically Belgian experience? We will be on foot, so in the area would be nice. And dinner that evening? (in the $30 range per person.)

Brugge is so small that everything is easy to reach on foot.
For dinner (in your price range) I would suggest Tom%26#39;s Diner on West Gistelhof. It%26#39;s a little bit off the beaten path (10 min. walk max.) which adds to the experience. The building is very typical old Flemish style and also inside it looks like in a previous era. The food is delicious and they have something for everyone. Very friendly staff. http://users.pandora.be/tom.s.diner.bvba2/
Another one that I like is Bistro De Pompe on Kleine St. Amandsstraat.
PS You can get a detailed city map at the tourist office for a few eurocents.

I hear many good comments on Tom%26#39;s Diner. Bistrot de Pompe will also be on our list. Thank you, Amboseli.
