I don%26#39;t know of any Brussels hotel with shops, but the Royal Windsor has several bars and a nightclub called Dukes, see www.booking.com/hotel/be/royalwindsor.en.html

In fact, any hotel in the Grand%26#39; Place area is well-located for shops, bars etc., particularly the Marriott which is also close to the bars and cafés in Place St. Géry. I would suggest you look at the reviews under %26quot;Brussels Hotels%26quot; on the left-hand side of this page.

Try the 5* Hilton Brussels BOulevarde Waterloo. There is an upmarket nightclub next door and opposite some of the better shopping in Brussels at Avenue Louise. The bar in the hotel is not too expensive and good fun in the vening. There are several bars on the other side of the road that cater for the international market and play lots of 80s music. Try prices with booking.com, venere.com, expedia.com, leisuredirection.co.uk...ususally better than booking direct with hotel.
