My husband and I will be driving to Brugge from Brussels. I was told that we should park near the bus or train station, and then take a bus to the center of town, where our hotel is.
I am getting a little desperate as we leave May 12. My question:
What exit do we take from the main highway to find parking and the bus station? I have been looking on maps all night - when I find a map of Brugge, it doesn%26#39;t give these specifics.

The bus station is next to the train station on Stationsplein so the person who told you this is talking about the same car park. Parking is in any case very well sign-posted from all access roads to Brugge, although not necessarily the specific location you might have had in mind.
Not knowing what you mean by %26quot;the main highway%26quot; - from the E40 motorway it is exit 8 but this if for Brugge, not specifically the station - I suggest you go to www.viamichelin.com and fill in, in the departure box, anywhere in Brussels, e.g. Bruxelles 1000 in the last line, and in the destination box, Stationsplein in the 2nd line and Brugge 8000 in the last one (if it asks you to confirm, it%26#39;s West Vlaanderen Brugge 8000), then you will get the entire route and can see exactly where you come off which road (last one is the R30) for Stationsplein.
