Can any one tell me if we would have a problem with parking in the city if we booked a b and b in the city say in Burgstraat. If it is very difficult as we will be in Ghent from 12/12 until14/12, would it be better to stay on the outskirts and travel in by bus, if so what suitable districts outside Ghent can anyone suggest

Hi - we stayed at the Eden Hotel which is a very short stroll from the centre of Ghent and has secure parking (for a fee). The hotel was warm, comfy, not luxurious but really nice, friendly staff, good breakfast - I%26#39;d certainly go there again
