We are off to Europe and the UK in 5 weeks, and were looking for advice as to what people found worked best. Is it easy to find places to get your pictures downloaded from memory stick onto cd%26#39;s?? Or any other ideas or advice? Thanks

Hello Judenz,
In most of the big city, you will find big photo shops like FNAC, Media Markt, ... were you can burn CD%26#39;s. You will find them in the shopping streets or centers. Some small shops in the tourist or trendy areas will also provide you such service but more expensive.
Let me know which cities you will travel to, I will try to let you knwo.
Bye,
Laurent

Photoshops all over the world will do this for you quite easily, and in Brussels you can even do it in supermarkets. However %26quot;Europe and the UK%26quot; goes somewhat beyond the remit of this forum, and if you want a recommendation for a specific photo shop in Brussels, it would help to know where you would be staying.
For myself, I don%26#39;t usually have this problem as I take several memory cards with me, but if I did I would take a device (basically a portable hard disk) which is sold as a portable video recorder and MP3 player but which I use as an electronic photo album.
You could also use internet cafés to upload photos to an internet site, although Brussels is less well-served in that respect, and you might need to carry a card-reader with you.
