I would like to book one night in either of these hotels. Any thoughts?

Both are well located to the toursit attractions and both receive very good reviews. Neither hotel is very fancy but a good value for the price (at least according to the trip advisor reviews).

Being a local I haven%26#39;t stayed at either but I would much prefer the Welcome Hotel%26#39;s location.
