Travelling to Belgium for six days late March early April. My current planned itenerary is:
Day 1 - Brussels
Day 2 - Brussels
Day 3 - Leuven
Day 4 - Brugge
Day 5 - Ghent
Day 6 - Antwerp
After reading these forums, it seems like two days in Brugge may be more enjoyable than two days in Brussels. Can anyone comment on that thought?
Also, I%26#39;m considering not seeing Antwerp and going to Paris instead. I was looking forward to Antwerp, but I%26#39;m trying to get in as much of the area as possible in a short amount of time.
Many thanks for any comments, suggestions, or ideas you might have.

It would be easier to go to Paris from Brussels, so if you are looking to cut down your stay in Brussels, why not do Paris on day 2 (1h20 minutes by Thalys from Gare du Midi)? If you stay in Brussels for the first 3 days and in Brugge for the next 3, you could visit Ghent and, if you decide on it, Antwerp, from there; or if you feel you haven%26#39;t had enough of Brugge, spend your last day there instead.

Thanks for your reply. We are actually staying in Brussels each night, and going out to each place each morning.
