Very disappointed about the fraudulous way the booking on-line is going on. As frequent flyer I was never informed that they changed the insurance option during the booking process and no way to get it taken off as Virgin is not responsable for it; who is responsable for Virgin%26#39;s on-line booking? Is that %26#39;De Europese%26#39; insurance company, well if they are they never answer any mail or fax, nor telephone. Please do fly another company as I do from now on. They consider customer dummies, and that is the last thing we are, no.

I don%26#39;t see what this has to do with the Brussels forum, but as it happens, from next month you will have no choice but to fly with a different airline: Virgin Express has merged with SN Brussels and from 25 March both will be replaced by %26quot;Brussels Airlines%26quot; (flights before then remain the responsibility of the 2 existing airlines). It is impossible to tell from the information given whether the change in the insurance situation has anything to do with the merger - but the answer to the question %26quot;who is responsible for Virgin%26quot;s online booking%26quot; has to be %26quot;Virgin%26quot;!! Even if the insurance you did or didn%26#39;t request (I would have to guess didn%26#39;t and then found it had been added anyway) is provided by the insurance company you mention, the booking form for a Virgin flight with or without insurance can only be Virgin%26#39;s responsibility.
