Le Meridien Brussels

Is this property well located or too close to station?

Looking for a little luxury at the right price June 29 weekend.

It%26#39;s a bargain at the Novotel Grand Place or splurge a little at Le Meridien. Metropole is too long a long walk to Grand Sablon for antique markets.

Your input please.

It%26#39;s perfectly well located. The trains are underground.

The Meridien is a great hotel and right across the street from Central Station meaning you can easily get there from the airport on the train.

It is not too close to the station as the trains are on the opposite side and underground so you won%26#39;t hear train noise if that was your concern. The Novotel is equally well located a stones throw away but the Meridien is far nicer.

Thank you for your input it settled my concerns - we have booked Le Meridien. I cannot wait for this trip! Now a few good restaurants and we are all set. The Michelin starred restaurants are not in the picture, neither are the chain restaurants. We are three, 50-70 E pp would not kill us, more than that would be a stretch. BK
