I%26#39;m from the Philippines and I will be here in Brussels for a couple months. I%26#39;m hoping to get a prepaid sim card for my mobile but I%26#39;m not sure what to get. Can anyone give there recommendations? Where to I get a good one (the best deal)? which mobile carrier gives the best deal??
How do you get/load credits to your prepaid card? since I don%26#39;t have a bank account here I also do not have a debit card.

There are 3 providers Proximus, Base and Mobistar.
it may be a good idea to hop into their stores and compare prices or check out their websites.
As for prepaid, Base may have the best deals but rates seem to change each week.
