Hi,
Is there a web site where I can purchase train tickets from Brussels to Bruggle?
Thank you,

I presume you mean Brugge, but I don%26#39;t know why you would want to buy your ticket online for a local journey, there is no advantage in doing so. You can just turn up at the station (Gare du Nord, Gare centrale or Gare du Midi) and buy it at the ticket office there.
If you really want to, you can see on Belgian Railways%26#39; website http://www.b-rail.be/main/E/ below the timetable search boxes a %26quot;buy online%26quot; function. Incidentally you need to fill in the departure station as Bruxelles-Midi (or Bruxelles-central, etc.) and the arrival station as Brugge, it will ask you to confirm Brugge as there is another station called Brugge St. Pieters (which you don%26#39;t want).

Thanks again for all the help.
I wanted to buy the tickets online because last summer when I was in Madrid I had a very hard time purchasing tickets at the train station for a trip to Segovia. So I wanted to avoid that expirence again if I could.

I don%26#39;t know why it should have been difficult to buy tickets at a station in Madrid, but it is perfectly easy to do it here - of course it isn%26#39;t a good idea to turn up 2 minutes before the train is due to depart and expect to catch it, in case there is a queue, but there are enough trains to Brugge for this not to be a huge problem even if you miss one. Most of the sales clerks in the ticket offices here speak English, though in my experience it is not hard to convey what you want just by saying the name of where you want to go: if it helps, a return ticket is %26quot;un aller-retour%26quot;, a single would be %26quot;un aller simple%26quot;.
To buy online from Belgian Railways, you have to wait until maximum 31 days (but minimum 10) before the date of travel and your software has to be compatible with theirs to be able to print out the ticket - you can do a test on the site. Payment by %26quot;home banking%26quot; is restricted to residents of Belgium, but I presume foreign credit cards are included under the logos shown.
Good luck!

My husband and I just returned from Belgium yesterday. We took the train from Brugge (Bruges) to Brussels, in order to catch our flight back to the States. We purchased our tickets from the agent in Brugge and had no problems. Our train was an ICE, and there was only one stop (Gent-Sint Pieters) between Brugge and Brussels (Centrale). The Belgian trains were very modern and clean, but announcments are in Dutch and French only. The stops are also announced in advance on a marquee in each car.
The Belgian railway site is quite good. My recall is that there is one train an hour to Brugge from Brussels (Midi). If but for your own peace of mind, it would not hurt to download schedules.
