Are you an EU citizen, from EU15? Because if you are, for example, Polish, I have to warn you that you would need a work permit to be allowed to work here, and normally also a type D visa to be allowed to come here other than as a tourist for no more than 90 days: citizens of the Member States that joined the EU in 2004 and 2007 are still subject to these requirements in Belgium during the transitional period (I think, 5 years) following accession. This means that any potential employer would have to be prepared to apply for a work permit to be allowed to employ you, for which they must claim that you have special skills that they cannot find among EU15 applicants, which seems most unlikely for work in pubs.

In any case, TA is a travel and not an employment website. I would suggest you look at sites like www.monster.be, www.stepstone.be and for general information on moving to/living in Belgium, www.xpats.com esp. the Newcomer section of that site.
