We will be visiting Brugge this summer on a cruise. Is it easy to get from the ship to the train station in Blankenberg. Is it too far to walk. More importantly, from Brugge how do we get back.. Are taxis costly.

You don%26#39;t actually say where your cruise arrives, which is rather important in knowing how to get from there to either Blankenberge or Brugge! From previous questions, cruises usually dock at the port of Zeebrugge, in which case if you wanted to go to Blankenberge you would take the coastal tram in the direction De Panne; it%26#39;s 4 stops between Zeebrugge Zandwijk and Blankenberge Station.
If you want to go to Brugge, however, Zeebrugge is the port of Brugge and there are buses between the two, see tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g188671-i448-k9810…
I%26#39;m not sure if it%26#39;s the same bus that meets the ferries but the local bus between Zeebrugge and Brugge is the 791.
If by any chance you mention Blankenberge because that is where your ship will arrive (although this seems strange to me), you could take the coastal tram to Zeebrugge and the bus from there to Brugge.
