Train Ostend to Brugge?

Is there a train from Ostend to Brugge? We have a car but I understand it is very difficult to park -even outside of town.

What is the best way to see Brugge from Ostend?

Go by car! There%26#39;s a very huge car park next to the train station in Brugge. It costs only 2.50 euro for 24 hours and with your parking ticket you can get free bus tickets (at the ticket booth in front of the station) to get into/out of the centre. Even if you prefer to walk from the parking lot to the centre, it%26#39;s only a 15 min. walk.

why would you want to take a polluting car when trains are regular and very cheap. They deliver you to the train station and walk into town. You will meet and see much more using public transport. There is no point in having a car in Brugge...

As far as I know, every train whch leaves Oostende calls at Brugge, which is the next stop along the line.

It takes about 15 minutes.

I would never drive, but then I do enjoy those lovely tasty Belgian beers, and drinking and driving is a definite no-no!

When you get to Brugge, there is a bus station right outside the station where you can get a bus to the centre, but if it%26#39;s a nice day, try walking, it%26#39;s just a pleasant 10 - 15 minutes stroll.
