Somewhere to stay in Liege

Myself and some friends need to stay in Liege around the beginning of June - preferably it would be somewhere close to the Palais de Congress and with some secure car parking........unfortunately we can%26#39;t afford the Holiday Inn - so does anyone have any other suggestions???

Don%26#39;t know if this helps but La Passerelle and Eurotel are the only others listed for 4020 Liège (same postcode as Holiday Inn Palais des Congrès):
