Hi. I just wanted to know about dining out in Brussels. Will be there for a few days. Looking for great eateries that are not expensive for lunch and dinner. Also, places for a quick breakfast.

For a quick breakfast I would recommend any of the branches of the ubiquitous Pain Quotidien. There is one in the Sablon, one in rue A. Dansaert (Bourse), one in rue des Tongres (Mérode), etc.
Your other question has been asked many times before, I suggest you look at recommendations people have already given e.g. Arcadi in Galeries St. Hubert.

Royal Safir Resturant: Be careful when you enter this establishment you are misled as to the cost of the food your eating when ordering a platter of food for a group. They mislead you as to the cost until your bill arrives then you have no recourse as a tourist after you challenge the bill with the manager but to pay. Food was not worth it......to add to the experience. Would not recommend this resturant to anyone due to the service and how they take advantage of their customers......
